Be True To Yourself
Full Name; Evelyn Alicia Wilde
Nickname(s) Ev
Gender; Female
Age; 17 years old
Face Claim; Evan Rachel Wood
our Past Is Catching Up With You
Personality; Evelyn has a strong sense of self-respect. She knows that she does not belong in the institution where she has been forced to stay, and while she still knows that if she does not respect the nurses who care for the patients there she will have a more difficult time, she still has her small bouts of rebellion. She is not a disrespectful girl - she knows that will not get her anywhere in this already messed up world.
With the people she considers to be her friends, she is quite warm and pleasant to be around. She is a naturally happy person, but under current circumstances her happy demeanor has been disappearing at a steady rate. Indeed, it is becoming more and more common for her to be completely silent, even when around people that she rather likes.
Evelyn is intelligent and being cooped up in a mental institution is taking its toll on her. While she does not get any dumber while in the asylum, her mind is growing more and more restless as she runs out of things to do. She tries to keep herself occupied by remembering the books she had so loved to read before being admitted into Willowcreek.
Appearance; Evelyn's German heritage is quite obvious in her appearance. Her hair is blonde and straight, as well as layered, and is down just past her shoulders. Her skin would be pale white if she was not outside in nature so often, but since she is outside most of the time, her skin has a pretty tan to it. Though, now that she's at the asylum she's had less and less time to spend outside and it is showing on her body. She doesn't have to wear contacts or glasses.
Alexia's height is average for her age, being at around 5 feet 6 inches. Her weight is also average -- about 125 pounds. She's not completely muscle, and definitely not completely fat; instead, she seems to be an almost 'perfect' blend of both. When first glanced at, she would seem thin, but not terribly so.
The clothes she wore before being admitted into Willowcreek were considered gothic to some, and just plain rock to others. Her casual attire consisted of plain, but fashionable blue jeans and what people call babydoll t's with different bands on them [consisting of bands such as Pantera, Alice in Chains, Godsmack, Metallica, and Arch Enemy]. Her favorite shoes were a pair of low cut Vans with skulls on the sides of them. As for hygiene, well she bathes or showers daily as long as the Willowcreek nurses would let her.
History; Evelyn was born to an affluent accountant, Tom Wilde, and his stay-at-home wife, Kathy. They were the picture-perfect couple (jokingly called "Ken and Barbie" because of their perfect good looks and open personalities), and it was always assumed that their daughter would grow up to be the same as them... "Perfect". Flawless. So when she turned 14 and did what teenagers do, her parents were already embarrassed by their rebellious daughter.
It all started with the music. Heavy metal bands were not the thing for young girls to be listening to, and her parents would have none of it. Furious at their controlling ways, Evelyn continued to defy their wishes and kept on attending concerts with her friends and wearing band shirts and way too much dark makeup (according to the parents, anyway). Even before the Individuality Reform, Evelyn was "different."
Then it happened. Scientists attempted to make everyone the same through the use of a drug which just happened to have no effect on lovely Evelyn's brain. She did not change her ways at all when given the injection, and through no fault of her own she was sent to Willowcreek Asylum, to stay and live amongst true psychotic patients.
